Trainings are planned on an annual basis. The training nurse plans the training that will be provided to the personnel and provides the trainers, the jul-ture, duration of the training and other needs related to the training. The training nurse is responsible for the planned conduct of their training.

In accordance with the determined educational needs, an annual training plan is prepared by the Educational Nursing Unit. The Education Commission determines the education to be taken out of the hospital, the educator and the educational institution. The Training Commission also determines the personnel who will be assigned as educators from the hospital employees and the trainings they will provide, taking into account their expertise. Program changes arising from the functioning of the quality system or the needs of units other than the planned trainings are included in the training plan as off-plan training.

After special trainings for the units or clinic are determined with the training nurse and the responsible nurse of the unit, the day and time appropriate to the clinic's working hours are determined. Trainings are mostly organized in the form of case discussions and nursing care plan, topics specific to the working standards of the relevant unit.

Orientation Training: All employees newly appointed to our hospital are referred to the Training Nursing Unit after their start by the personal care unit. Orientation training is provided to our employee who has just started working within 5 working days by In-Service Training Nursing. In orientation training, the history of the institution, organizational structure, internal and external communication, working conditions, working hours, internal service processes, quality management system, etc. information about it is given. The relevant part of the Orientation form is filled out and signed by conducting training from the General Compliance Guide available in SKS automation. At the end of the orientation training, the effectiveness and effectiveness of the applied trainings are evaluated. At the end of the evaluation, the training is repeated to the employee who receives a result of 60 points or less.

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Training: The training nurse can evaluate the effectiveness of the training, if necessary, at the end of the training.
